Cancellation Policy

For our online tutoring services at Vorgalindriz, we understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel a scheduled tutoring session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for tutoring services are available under the following conditions:

  • If a session is cancelled by Vorgalindriz or the assigned tutor, a full refund will be provided
  • If you cancel a session more than 24 hours in advance, you may request a refund or credit toward future sessions
  • For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if cancellation is requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed tutoring sessions
  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • Digital materials and resources provided during sessions
  • Any promotional or discounted packages purchased as part of special offers

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using the information provided in the Contact section below. Include your order number, session details, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Tutor Changes

If you are not satisfied with your assigned tutor after the first session, you may request to be matched with a different tutor at no additional charge. We are committed to ensuring you have a positive learning experience with Vorgalindriz.

Technical Issues

If a tutoring session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the session at no charge or provide a full refund. If technical issues are on your end, we will work with you to resolve them, but refunds may not be available in such cases.
